JW Roberts | Chief Executive Officer

Founder and CEO JW Roberts has guided GDT since its inception in 1996. Under his leadership, the company has experienced continuing, double-digit growth in both revenue and profitability, and is now nearing a billion dollars in annual revenue. GDT has been nationally recognized for its commitment to customers, associates, and the community.

JW values relationships and believes they set the foundation for success in life and in business. JW encourages the development of deep relationships – between associates, between associates and clients. His attitudes have fostered a company culture and business climate that promotes self-managing, self-monitoring, and personal growth for each and every GDT team. Vinod Muthuswamy | President

Vinod Muthuswamy President of GDT,  is a 17-year veteran of the IT industry. Prior to his role as President of GDT, Muthuswamy served as President of GDT Advanced Solutions, a Managed Services organization and wholly-owned subsidiary of GDT. During his time as President of GDT Advanced Solutions, Muthuswamy grew the top line 588% in total contract value while expanding service offerings into Hybrid IaaS, Cloud Consumption Services, Advanced Autonomics and Digital Labor. Muthuswamy oversees all of the company’s operating units worldwide including the extensive engineering and field delivery resources throughout the United States.

Bob Kelly | Chief Financial Officer

Bob Kelly brings over 20 years of experience leading finance teams in entrepreneurial companies, with extensive experience in the IT Services sector at Perot Systems, Dell and McAfee. Bob oversees all of GDT’s financial systems and functions, and he has a passion for optimizing processes to enable world-class service to Customers and Suppliers on a global scale. While he guides the company’s financial decisions, he also streamlines and automates financial processes to ensure GDT scales to meet the needs of our Customers while generating cash flows to invest into expansion of the business. Bob has significant experience leading through transformation, including global expansion and mergers and acquisitions in both public and private companies.

Tom Ducatelli | Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing

Tom Ducatelli leads GDT’s Sales, Marketing and Vendor Management organizations providing our customers and partners with clearly defined go to market growth strategies to support our mutual interests and expansion of solutions offerings.

Ducatelli is a Global Sales, Marketing and Operations Executive, with a 26-year track record of transforming technology-focused businesses from product centric to solutions centric sales and operations models in organizations ranging from $1 billion to $20 billion in annual revenues. Ducatelli demonstrates product, managed, and professional services thought leadership across a wide spectrum of IT solutions and verticals supporting the hyper growth of offerings and organizations.

Brad Davenport | Vice President of Service Delivery

Brad Davenport leads GDT’s talented team of solution engineers. As the tip of the spear for GDT’s solution development practices, Brad acquired his nearly 20 years’ design and integration experience delivering expert-level services and support for platforms such as DOCSIS broadband, highly managed hosting and colocation solutions, and integrated LAN and WAN architectures from vendors such as Cisco Systems, F5, and VMware.

Meg Gordon | Vice President of Services Operations

Meg Gordon is an IT service management and PMO specialist with 15+ years of experience, and specializes on controls, processes and metrics centered around quoting and project delivery. Meg focuses on delivering a superior customer experience to GDT customers by enhancing everything from project management and engineering delivery, to price quoting and the streamlining of project methodology. Prior to joining GDT, Gordon had her own consulting company that focused on PMO best practices and driving continuous improvement through organizations. She previously worked at NEC Corporation of America for over 14 years and departed as Vice President of Service Delivery, where she was responsible for over 260 employees. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Technology from the University of Wisconsin. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute, and is ITIL v3 Foundation certified.

Stuart Cary | Executive Director of Human Resources

Stuart Cary has been a catalyst in building a corporate culture at GDT that nurtures and maintains the company’s best-in-class workforce. With GDT for more than a decade, Stuart has helped create an environment of open communication in which associates are acknowledged for their contribution and challenged continuously to improve. Stuart’s prior sales management expertise lends him special insight into the needs of a sales force and professional services team dedicated to creating exceptional client experiences. And with his leadership, GDT now offers its more than 470 associates access to benefits and programs that promote a healthy lifestyle as well as the expansion of knowledge and skills.

Mike Souza | Director of Sales, Western United States

Mike Souza is focused on expanding GDT’s customer base in these technology-rich regions—the Silicon Valley, Southern California, Seattle, WA. and Phoenix, AZ. A United States Air Force veteran, Mike brings years of sales and technical experience to GDT, and has worked with some of the largest corporations in the high-tech sector. He’s held several executive leadership positions in the Bay Area, and offers a unique perspective, having served as both integration partner and customer.

Tom Lutz | Director of Sales, Eastern United States

Tom Lutz focuses on recruiting, training and developing a high-performing sales team focused on clients in the Eastern United States. Tom Lutz has designed and implemented a new revenue generation strategy to meet GDT’s aggressive revenue and profitability goals. He has led high performing teams responsible for implementation, service delivery, engineering, solutions architecture and program management.

Greg Clark | Director of Technical Sales

Greg Clark leads our team of expert solution architects. He manages the team that helps customers every day by designing complex networking solutions, working with partners to ensure the best solutions. Greg has over 18 years of experience in the enterprise networking space and has worked for top IT organizations including as principal international infrastructure engineer for FedEx Office. Greg brings his wide-ranging skill set to the table for GDT customers every day to provide an expert approach to the architecture of advanced networks.

Crystal Mullins | Director of Global Operations and Strategic Planning

Crystal Mullins focuses on GDT’s expansion globally and driving key transformation initiatives across all organizations. Mullins is an operations & administration professional with more than a decade of experience in business development, corporate governance and international compliance. She is an expert in building and developing delivery platforms that provide the creativity and flexibility customers need for success in today’s complex global business environment.


Anup Anand | Director of Advanced Solutions

Anup Anand leads a team of dedicated network management professionals from our state-of-the-art Network Operations Center in Dallas, TX.  He oversees the Service Delivery functions supporting Managed and Cloud Service Portfolio, including Customer Transition, Monitoring/IT Service Management platform, Operations, Service Delivery Management within the GDT Advanced Solutions group. Anup has over 15 years of experience in the technology and networking space.

DJ Overbey | Director of Installation Engineering

DJ Overbey brings over 16 years’ telecommunication experience to GDT. DJ has led his team of installation experts through a period of high growth that has required quick adaptation to the standards and policies of the service provider customers his team supports. He has enabled the success of the team by removing roadblocks and putting key players in key roles. He has centralized information and streamlined knowledge transfer, and created an environment in which each team members is able to work most efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Jesse Cantu | Director of Installation Services

Jesse has held many leadership positions during his almost ten-years at GDT. He currently oversees both the daily operations of all nationwide installs for both layer one and structured cabling and the highly qualified installation team of over 100 installers and support staff covering 23 states. Jesse’s team members have received extensive training that allows them to adhere to GDT’s quality assurance program. He encourages collaboration and excellence and a quality of customer service that begins with exceeding customer expectations.

Edy Halpin | Director of Facilities

In addition to her support of JW Roberts, Edy Halpin manages the construction, maintenance, asset protection, and upkeep on all facilities owned or occupied by GDT. She also manages all associates and crew members involved in activities related to those efforts. GDT currently owns five buildings in Texas — four in Dallas and one in San Antonio — and leases space in six additional locations in Santa Clara, California; Waltham, Massachusetts; and Dallas, Houston, Austin and El Paso, Texas.
